for some justification the sound driver is not allowing me to select or at all even show up with my alesis..... should i right-minded get Cubase 4 since it works best with it? just tring to put by money and time....

Got this new firewire audio mixer. I plugged it into my G4 and it is giving me the nicest sound I've ever gotten out of my computer. I recorded two radio spot on Saturday and they were pristine thanks to the new firewire mixer. By the way its a MultiMix12 Firewire by Alesis.

@Alesis I've also tried remote mixing using the Multimix as audio interface, iPhone and Mainstage. Here is a video:
@Alesis I use it with the Multimix 12 FireWire, recording live gigs. And a few plugins, Amplitube and EZdrummer.
