Help not being flat on Alto sax?

I depict alto sax using a fibracell reed

also im using a new alto sax,

which i have had for 2 months now

Im always flat now though

on my old one, i was honestly sharp but now im flat

You are current to get the best results when you start the saxophone starting out with a technique opening mouthpiece (Selmer C* or Meyer 5M) and a fairly downy reed. Usually beginners start with a 2 strength reed, move to a 2.5, and after all settle
