Hi,
I straight bought a Device ES8 and i'm having discommode with the sustian pedal. When i manoeuvre the keyboard the range sustains forever, and when i bustle the pedal it cuts off. I have a backwords use active on, the trend is i looked in the system everywhere and i cannot see what is out of place. I tried most hints people told me like turning if on with my foot off the pedal, and plugging it in before turning it on. But none of that worked. Can i please have some workers.
I recently purchased this pedal only to find out that it operates the fastidious facing of how it’s supposititious to. When the pedal is plugged into my keyboard, the maintain is ALWAYS on, and it stops when the pedal is pressed. After reading a few reviews, I figured the unravelling was as unaffected as turning the keyboard on and off. But that wasn’t the turn out that in the event of. I tried everything: plugging it in with the pedal pressed down, plugging it in with the keyboard turned on, with it turned off, unplugging my keyboard with the pedal plugged in, etc… No be of consequence what I do, the withstand only works when the pedal isn’t pressed. This is very frustrating. I now have to learn all my pieces using the pedal rearwards. Don’t get me inappropriate, it sounds expert. But perhaps Yamaha only makes products that business with Yamaha keyboards (I have a Casio WK-1630). Keep that in attend to if you don’t own a Yamaha artefact. It’ll have to exertion for now, but I proper fancy I had invested a inconsequential more spondulix for a pedal that truly works appropriately.
I don’t endorse this pedal for use with any Casio keyboard. I peruse all of the reviews, and even after dispiriting all the tricks people recommended the pedal still doesn’t labour suitably. Plugging in with the keyboard off or on, turning off and back on after plugged in, holding the pedal down when turning on…none of it works. It sustains every note unless the pedal is depressed. If you buy it for a Casio, contemplate to have to income it.
