LOS ANGELES - Pop diva Beyonce won Melody of the Year and four other Grammy Awards Sunday, justifying her stand as frontrunner for the top lay music take in the US.
The 28-year-old choirboy-actress had 10 nominations coming into the awards show, including album of the year for “I Am … Sasha Intractable”, tale of the year for “Fasten on Ladies” and recording of the year for “Painting vesica”.
“Individual Ladies” won tune of the year and best R&B inexpensively. Beyonce also won best fashionable R&B album, best R&B female vocal for “Separate Ladies” and best ancestral R&B carrying-on for “At Last”, which she performed at President Barack Obama’s inauguration.
The televised show started with Lady Gaga singing her hit “Poker Veneer”, which won the bestowal for best dancing party recording, while her album “The Glory” was named best electronic/caper album.
The Kings of Leon won best sway ditty and best stagger alliance behaviour for “Use Dignitary”, beating out the likes of Bruce Springsteen, U2, Flower Jam and Verdant Day .

LOS ANGELES — Beyonce, the year's top Grammy assignee with 10 bids, was the prematurely commander Sunday as she won four trophies during the pre-telecast ceremonial including best R&B number cheaply for her omnipresent hit, "Lone Ladies (Put a Chime On It)."
