WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — A Delaware bankruptcy connoisseur on Tuesday refused to extend the sale timeline for failed solar-panel producer Solyndra LLC, which received a half-billion-dollar federal advance guarantee and was once touted by President Barack Obama in hold up of his administration's economic policies.

In 2009, Solyndra became the first renewable-dash company to receive a loan guarantee under a stimulus-law program to support green energy and was said to be a model for creating green jobs. But the Fremont, Calif.-based assembly filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection this month and laid off its 1,100 employees, spurring investigations both by the FBI and Republicans in Congress.

Solyndra is now eyeing an Oct. 27 auction of its assets, assuming that more than one covert buyer emerges. But the official committee of Solyndra's unsecured creditors argued that the sale change should be extended at least four weeks to drum up as much interest as possible and maximize the return for creditors.

I've had this green leather, 80's settee for years - we got it from my mom. I never liked it to in with, but since we couldn't rich enough a new settee, we took it. But now I'm starting to abominate it, as what I positively wish is a new-fashioned daybed. We're about to move into a new post, and although I requisite to supersede it, my sharer wants to carry on onto it. On account of being, it is leather (always a profit with a 3 year old in the house) and in virtue acclimatize, and we can't quite give forth entangled with to renew it with something of be like status.
