Is the Numark iDJ iPod DJ Mixer compatible with the new ipods such as ipod touch or just any new tipes of ipod?

I'm disquieting to get my first dj mixer and this is both cheap and nice looking. it seems perfect too because I don't need to buy cd decks and all i dire to know if it is compatible with the new ipods. also if you think i'm making a slip by buying this

if i were you i wouldn't get this mixer, i would stop and save up money because it seems too toy like, it is missing a key part of real dj decks which is the chuck fader. So i would rather save up money for a pair of real decks or get a midi controller
