"Just this year," said McLean, who as a colleague of the Tillsonburg Skating Club reached the pre-preliminary plane. "It was just taking up too much of my time and if I want to be on teams and do other chattels at school, and volunteer…"

She did credit skating with elevating her basketball/volleyball games.

"With skating you trade muscles that you don't work in most sports, so I probably have more jump than most people. I found it's helped in basketball."

While McLean is still somewhat healthy, the short-staffed Gemini are most definitely missing bodies.
